Automatic PET juice Bottle Making Machine ECO-4L newly developed by our company, is a two-step Linear automatic pet bottle machine which can feed the preforms by conveyor. ECO-4L is 4 cavity and the maximum volume of the bottles is 2L. It can blow various bottles in shapes, carbonated, mineral water, pesticide, cosmetics, wide-mouth and other packing containers which is made of PET.

1.Preform Sequencing and distributing
Servo motor drives preform distribution. Polymer chain is adopted, notches dimensions according to preform neck, matching perfect. High speed, silence, smooth, without stuck.
2.The whole machine adopts to super standard shockproof structure, which can reduce the shock to the lowest when machine in high speed running. This prolong the use life of the components.
Servo Stretching (optional).
Dual Stretching (pre-blow and high pressure blow) ensures better PET material distribution on final bottles.
Multiple sensors like eyes on different part of machine, watch and deliver information to PLC, make sure each motion working perfect.

Industry Tips (Trouble shooting during SBM and Solution)
Description: Shoulder wall thickness too thin, material is stretched too much to body and base. This is due to excessive stretching of the preform taper.
1.betway live roulette parameters require adjustment.
2.Heat profiling incorrect.
3.Poor shield positioning, allowing excessive stretching of the thin part of the taper.
4.Individual flow control valves faulty or flow restrictor not open enough turns.
1.Increase pre-blow pressure.
2.Move pre-blow cam earlier.
3.Reduce heat in the neck by re-profiling or increase heat in the body and/or base of the preform.
4.Open pre-blow restrictor if problem associated with one station.
